The Origin of Living Structure: Living Structure originates from Christopher Alexander’s concept of “wholeness” and the 15 structural properties. The theory proposes that vitality is measurable and structurally generated. Professor Bin Jiang further developed the theory within the context of Chinese traditional architecture, formulating the mathematical relationship L = S × H.
